OMG yes!!!! This is so awesome!! Massachucets figured it out if 2004 and now California finally got it... Hopefully same-sex couples in other states will get the same fir treatment soon!!!!

I know, it was possibly the most brilliant move on the part of the California Supreme Court... ever. And the Governator not being bothered to back the dumbass reactionary measure on the ballot = priceless. Oh Arnie, despite that whole "molestation" thing, you ain't so bad.
